How can I track my order?

Whenever an order is placed through our pharmacy tracking information will not be available until the medication has been filled and ready for shipment. You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once it has been shipped. It will be sent to the email address registered with your Rank One Medical account, or used during the checkout process.

What shipping speeds are offered?

We offer up to 3 shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.

  • Standard(included) – Should arrive 5 to 10 business days after shipment
  • Expedited($25.00) – Should arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipment
  • Next Day($36.00) – Should arrive by the end of business the day after shipment

My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact FedEx or Hallandale Pharmacy to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
